At P.S. from home, every gift box is thoughtfully curated and often personalized, so please allow time for us to create something special just for you.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized orders may require additional time. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please reach out before placing your order—we’re always happy to help when we can.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on location. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is included in the price of each gift box, so there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, P.S. from home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
